Instructions :
Cooking the chicken: Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a pan, heat the olive oil and brown the chicken fillets for about 5 minutes on each side. Remove and reserve.
Tomato sauce: In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic until soft. Add the crushed tomatoes and dried basil. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
Assembling in the gratin dish: Place the chicken fillets in a gratin dish, top with tomato sauce and sprinkle generously with mozzarella.
Baking: Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
Presentation: Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve hot.
