Preheating the oven: Heat your oven to 180°C (th.6) and brush a gratin dish with olive oil.
Preparation of the parmesan sauce: In a bowl, mix the liquid cream, grated parmesan and lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste.
Assembly and cooking: Place the cod fillets in the dish, cover them with parmesan sauce. Bake for 20 minutes until the fish is tender and the sauce is lightly browned.
Decoration and serving: Add some fresh herbs and a slice of lemon to each portion before serving.
