1. Crispy Garlic Herb Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the baby potatoes and parboil for about 10 minutes, or until just tender. Drain and let cool slightly.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the parboiled potatoes to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with fresh rosemary.
  4. Sauté for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden and crispy on all sides. Serve hot.
