1. Crispy Garlic Herb Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the baby potatoes and parboil for about 10 minutes, or until just tender. Drain and let cool slightly.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the parboiled potatoes to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with fresh rosemary.
- Sauté for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden and crispy on all sides. Serve hot.
2. Sautéed Potato Wedges with Paprika
Ingredients:
- 4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
