Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a salad bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until white.
Add the flour, yeast, then milk and melted butter. Mix well.
Peel and cut the apples into thin slices.
Add the apple slices to the batter, coating them well.
Pour into a cake mold lined with baking paper.
Bake for 40 minutes until the cake is golden brown.
Leave to cool, sprinkle with icing sugar and add a drizzle of caramel.
