No Peek Beef Tips
Ingredients:
2 lbs stew meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 packet brown gravy mix
1 envelope beefy onion soup mix
1 can of water
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
In a 13×9 baking pan, mix stew meat, cream of mushroom soup, gravy mix, onion soup mix, and water until combined.
Cover tightly with foil. Bake for 3 hours—no peeking!
Serve the tender beef tips over mashed potatoes or noodles.
