- Things needed:
- chops (pork) without bones
- Brown sugar, 1/4 cup
- tomato sauce, 1/4 cup
- quarter cup of soy sauce
- a quarter cup of honey
- one spoonful of vinegar
- One teaspoon of ground ginger
- Crushed garlic, two cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- First, brown the pork chops in a 6-quart slow cooker.
- Mix the remaining ingredients in a medium-sized basin using a whisk.
- 3. Coat the chops with the mixture.
- 4. Simmer for six hours on low heat.
