Blueberry muffin cookies  
Ingredients:
For the Cookies:
1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter (softened)
1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
1/4 cup (55g) brown sugar (packed)
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup (80ml) milk
1 cup (150g) fresh or frozen blueberries (if frozen, do not thaw)
For the Streusel Topping:
1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
1/4 cup (30g) all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons unsalted butter (cold, cubed)
For the Glaze (optional):
1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar
1-2 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
