• 1/2 cup Cilantro, fresh
• 4 cloves Garlic, fresh
• 6 Green onions, chopped (~ 1 cup/11 grams)
• 1 Lemon, large zest and juice
• 1 tbsp Oregano, dried
• 4 Thai chili peppers
Baking & spices
• 1 tsp Black pepper
• 2 tsp Kosher salt
• 2 tsp Paprika, smoked
• 1 370 ml jar Red peppers, fire-roasted
Oils & vinegars
• 1/3 cup Olive oil
