One cup of fresh moringa leaves (or one tablespoon of dried moringa leaves) is required for this recipe.
2 quarts of aqua
For taste, you may optionally add honey, lemon, or mint.
Instructions:
Get the Moringa Leaves Ready: Make sure to rinse the fresh moringa leaves well under cold water to get rid of any dirt or debris. You may skip this step if you’re using dried moringa leaves.
Raise the Water to a Boil: In a medium saucepan, heat two cups of water until they boil. Lower the heat to a simmer once it reaches a rolling boil.
