INGREDIENTS
°1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp (medium is best)
°3 minced garlic cloves
°8 ounces of uncooked penne pasta or your favorite pasta shapes
°2 tablespoons oil (from the jar of sun-dried tomatoes)
°¼ tsp salt
+For the sauce:
°1 cup cook cream
°4 ounces sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
°½ cup water
°1 cup mozzarella
°2 cloves garlic, minced, or more if desired
°¼ tsp salt
°1/8 teaspoon ground paprika
°Small of fresh basil leaves or 1 tsp dried basil
°¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Cooking pasta in boiled water to tender.
Drain the pasta, keeping half of the cooking water.
Meanwhile, you can heat the oil (from the jar of dried tomatoes) in a large frying pan
