Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ribeye steak or thinly sliced beef
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup (100g) shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
10-12 egg roll wrappers
Vegetable oil for frying
Dipping sauce: Optional (Cheese sauce, ranch, or spicy mayo)
