Ingredients:
1 pound crab meat, picked over for shells and cartilage
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
Add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the crab meat and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired
