What You Need:
For use in sautéing, olive oil
about one cup of rice
2 mugs of steaming water
four eggs
With salt, season to taste.
yoghurt, measured in teaspoons
200 grammes of diced tomatoes, green onions, parsley, and minced garlic
half a spoonful of maize
