Ingredients:
2-2.5 L stock
1 chicken breast
Tin creamed corn
Tin corn kernals (or fresh)
1 onion
Salt and pepper
1Tbs garlic
Spring onion
Handful of bacon
2 egg whites
Directions:
Put stock, chicken, corn, onion, garlic and bacon into slow cooker. Cook on low 8hrs (high 4hrs).
When chicken is cooked, pull it out, shread and put it back in.
In the last half an hour whisk in 2 egg whites.
Before serving season with salt and pepper to taste and spring onion.
