What you need:
One big zucchini, around 2 cups of shredded
Half a cup of shredded carrots, or one medium carrot
Half of a big onion, or around 1/4 cup of finely chopped onion,
Two big eggs
Optional: a few of chopped garlic cloves or leaves
Finely mince a couple of green chilies.
A measuring cup (125 grams) of flour is needed.
Half a teaspoon of garlic powder
One quarter teaspoon of onion powder
Use 1/4 teaspoon of ground pepper.
Season with salt as desired.
Ground turmeric, 1/4 teaspoon
Use 1 tablespoon of oil for frying, or more if necessary.

The Vegetables Must Be Prepared:
In a big basin, grate the carrot and zucchini. Toss in the green chilies, finely cut the garlic, and onion (if using). Put them in the mixing bowl with the shredded veggies.
Mix In a bowl, combine the eggs, flour, onion and garlic powders, ground pepper, salt, and turmeric powder. Blend into a smooth mixture.
