Ingredients:
7 g (2¼ tsp.) active dry yeast
250 ml water
125g bread flour + 250g (total 375g)
1½ teaspoons of salt
Directions:
In a bowl mix the yeast, water and 125g of flour.
Cover for 30 to 60 minutes.
Then add the salt and 250 gr of flour, mix well.
Cover for one hour.
Divide the dough into 3 parts and make the baguette.
Cover for 30 minutes, then cut on top.
Bake at 450°F/230° for 20 minutes
