- 2/3 cup of breadcrumbs

- Two tablespoons Sauce made with Worcestershire pepper
- 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard
- thyme, dry, 1 teaspoon
- Toss with salt and pepper.
- oil from olives, 2 teaspoons
- Given the gravy:
- Butter, 2 tablespoons
- 2-Tbsp. of regular flour
- Worcestershire sauce (one tablespoon) and two cups of beef broth
- Toss with salt and pepper.
