- Toss with salt and pepper for flavor.
- 1-tsp. olive oil
- 2 cups cut-in-half grape tomatoes
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup
- 1.5 milliliters of dried oregano
- dried basil, 1 teaspoon
- One cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- Additional leaves of basil for finishing
