Ingredients:
• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp dried oregano
• 1/2 tsp dried thyme
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Prepare Chicken:
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them in a baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and rub to evenly coat both sides.
3. Season the Chicken:
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle this seasoning mix evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
4. Bake:
Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
5. Rest and Serve:
Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
