Chocolate and pistachio marble cake

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 150 grams of butter
  • 8 grams of vanilla sugar
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 grams of vanilla yogurt
  • 50 grams of corn starch

    • Pour a layer of white paste into the mold, followed by a layer of cocoa paste, a layer of white paste and finally a layer of cocoa paste.
    • Using a spatula, lightly mix the layers of dough to create a marbled effect.
  4. Cooking the Cake:
    • Place the cake in the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
    • Once cooked, remove the cake from the oven and leave it to cool in the mold for a few minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  5. Final Decoration:
    • Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie until you obtain a smooth and creamy consistency.
    • Pour the melted chocolate evenly onto the surface of the marbled cake.
    • Sprinkle the chopped pistachios on the surface of the melted chocolate.
