Coconut and chocolate bars: a delicious sweetness to prepare in just a few steps!

INGREDIENTS:
125 g of grated coconut
25 g of maple syrup
300 g of dark chocolate
300 g of Greek yogurt
200 g of dark (or milk) chocolate.
PREPARATION:

  1. Pour: yogurt, maple syrup and grated coconut into a bowl.
  2. After mixing well, shape the bars with your hands and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  3. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to an hour.
  4. In the meantime, melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
  5. Take the frozen bars and dip them in chocolate
  6. Finish with a little grated coconut on the surface and serve the bars fresh from the fridge!
