INGREDIENTS:
125 g of grated coconut
25 g of maple syrup
300 g of dark chocolate
300 g of Greek yogurt
200 g of dark (or milk) chocolate.
PREPARATION:
- Pour: yogurt, maple syrup and grated coconut into a bowl.
- After mixing well, shape the bars with your hands and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to an hour.
- In the meantime, melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
- Take the frozen bars and dip them in chocolate
- Finish with a little grated coconut on the surface and serve the bars fresh from the fridge!
