Ingredients:

250 g minced meat
500 g phyllo dough
Chopped onion
Red and green bell pepper
Chopped garlic
Salt
Pepper
Coriander
Cinnamon
Chili pepper
Butter

For the marinade:

A cup of milk
A quarter cup of butter
A quarter cup of oil
A tablespoon of flour
Baking powder
Salt
Pepper
2 eggs
