– 500 grams mutton (bone-in or boneless), cut into medium-sized pieces

– 1-inch cinnamon stick
– 2-3 green cardamoms
– 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1 teaspoon red chili powder
– 2 teaspoons coriander powder
– 1 teaspoon cumin powder
– 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder (optional)
– 1 cup water (adjust as needed)
– Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
