400 g minced meat (mixture of beef and pork)
1 egg
3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons grated pecorino
1 clove of garlic, chopped
A few fresh basil leaves, chopped
1 can of peeled tomatoes (400 g)
Salt, pepper
Olive oil for cooking
