Getting the dough ready: Combine the wheat flour and mayonnaise in a mixing dish. Use a spoon to combine the ingredients at first, and then your hands to finish mixing until a smooth, non-stick dough is achieved.
Building the foundation: After greasing a 24-by-6-centimeter springform pan with oil or margarine, transfer the dough to the pan. To get a uniform coating, use your hands to press the dough into the pan’s bottom and sides.

Garnish with chopped tomatoes, grated Calabrian sausages, drained sweetcorn, and olives, then combine to taste. Dot the pie crust with this mixture.
Finishing touches: In a separate dish, whisk the eggs until they are frothy. Slowly add the cream and continue beating until well combined. Scatter shredded mozzarella on top after pouring the topping over the filling. For about 40 minutes, bake in a preheated oven set to 160°C.
