Crispy ham rolls: how to make them delicious! Crispy and tender, they are irresistible! Best appetizer ever.
Ingredients
- 250g sliced ham
- 150g mozzarella, sliced
- 2 g (2 tsp) dried oregano
- 3 eggs
- 3g (1/2 tsp) salt
- 1 g (1/2 teaspoon) black pepper
- pinch of curry
- 100g (1 cup) breadcrumbs
- 40 g (1/3 cup) grated parmesan
- 160g (1 cup) flour
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
Preparation

- Put 2 slices of ham on top of each other.
- Top with a slice of mozzarella, sprinkle with oregano and wrap the roll.
- Continue with the remaining ingredients. Place the rolls in a freezer-safe box and freeze for 25 minutes.
- Prepare the breading station: In a bowl, whisk 3 eggs with a pinch of curry, salt and pepper. Put the breadcrumbs on a separate plate and mix with the grated parmesan. Put a cup of flour on another plate.
- Coat each roll in flour, then dip in beaten eggs and coat in breadcrumbs. Then repeat this procedure one more time to create a double breading.
- In a pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the rolls for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
