2. Rising the Dough:
- Place the kneaded dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm, draft-free place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
3. Shaping the Buns:
- Once the dough has risen, punch it down to release the air bubbles.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into a smooth ball.
- Place the shaped buns on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving some space between each bun for expansion.
4. Second Rise:
- Cover the shaped buns with a clean kitchen towel and let them rise for an additional 30-45 minutes until puffy.
